1. Introduction

Destination Dreamcation provides curated group trips, bespoke travel planning, and travel experiences globally. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “traveler”, “participant”) and Destination Dreamcation.

2. Eligibility

To participate in any trip, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have written consent from a parent/guardian)

  • Hold a valid passport with any required visas

  • Be medically fit to travel

  • Provide accurate information when booking

3. Booking & Payment Terms

3.1 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (amount listed on each trip page) is required to secure your place.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

3.2 Payment Plans

We may offer payment plans at our discretion.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to make all payments on time and in full.

3.3 Final Payment

Final payment must be made by the deadline stated on the trip page or invoice.
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of your spot without refund.

3.4 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments must be made through our secure online platform (e.g., Stripe). We do not accept cash or unofficial payment methods.

3.5 Prices & Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be subject to change due to supplier or currency fluctuations prior to full payment being received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by You

Because group trips require significant planning and prepaid arrangements, all payments — including deposits and instalments — are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible person, subject to approval.

4.2 Cancellation by Destination Dreamcation

We may cancel a trip due to:

  • Safety concerns

  • Insufficient participant numbers

  • Natural disasters or global events

  • Supplier issues

  • Any situation making the trip non-viable

If we cancel a trip, you will receive either:

  • A full refund of payments made or

  • A credit towards a future trip
    The choice will depend on the specific circumstances.

We are not responsible for non-refundable personal travel costs such as flights or visas.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Travel involves variables outside our control. We reserve the right to make changes to:

  • Itinerary details

  • Accommodation

  • Activities

  • Transportation

  • Dates

Whenever possible, we will offer an equivalent or better replacement.

6. Travel Requirements

6.1 Passport & Visa

It is your responsibility to:

  • Hold a valid passport (usually 6+ months validity)

  • Obtain all required visas

  • Meet entry and vaccination requirements

No refunds will be issued if you cannot travel due to missing documents.

6.2 Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
You are responsible for purchasing coverage that meets your needs (medical, cancellation, luggage, etc.).

7. Health & Safety

7.1 Medical Conditions

You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

7.2 Behaviour

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a trip without refund if they:

  • Act in a way that endangers themselves or others

  • Engage in illegal activity

  • Disrupt the group or itinerary

  • Fail to follow instructions from trip leaders

8. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Transportation accidents

  • Weather conditions

  • Illness or injury

  • Political unrest

  • Natural hazards

By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Destination Dreamcation is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages outside our control.

9. Liability

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destination Dreamcation is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death

  • Loss or damage of property

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties

  • Issues arising from airlines, hotels, or transport suppliers

  • Expenses caused by events outside our control (weather, strikes, government actions, etc.)

9.2 Third-Party Suppliers

We work with independent travel providers. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or negligence.

10. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Behave respectfully and responsibly

  • Follow local laws

  • Comply with trip leader instructions

  • Attend scheduled activities on time

  • Not engage in reckless or harmful behaviour

  • Ensure your personal belongings are secure

11. Photography & Media Release

By attending a trip, you grant Destination Dreamcation permission to use photos and videos taken during the experience for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in content, please inform the team in writing before the trip.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and media belong to Destination Dreamcation and may not be copied or used without permission.

13. Website & Booking Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to breach security or access non-public areas

  • Interfere with payment systems or booking processes

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the latest revision date.
